The beauty of home soccer training is you don't need much: a ball, some space, and 20-30 minutes of focused time. That's it. No expensive equipment, no fancy facilities.

Here's the framework I give to every parent who asks me for a home training plan:

The 20-Minute Session Structure

Warm-Up Game (5 minutes) - Make It Fun

Start with something that gets them excited, not groaning. Kids need to associate practice with fun, not obligation.

Technical Focus (10-12 minutes) - The Core Work

This is where progress happens. Pick ONE technical focus per session:

How to Know If You're On the Right Track
